Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections.

Check the proxy settings to make sure that they are correct.
Contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working.

This error solution is common for mozilla firefox,thunderbird,tor and the operationg systems are windows 7,windows 8,windows 8.1,windows 10 also.

Solution:

1.Goto firefox settings-options-advanced.

2.Click “Network” tab and then click “settings”.

3.Now choose “Automatically detect settings”

4.Finally again try to access the firefox the problem is solved.
