My system whenever i on my system it is asking every time about proxy settings, and i did as ur video shown all same mine except "Automatically detect connections" check box is enabled and i disabled it in LAN Settings in Connections tab in Internet Properties.
And now let me check that my system again asking about "Proxy Settings"? while shutdown and again doing On the system.
