  • I had to get Japanese Encephalitis for my upcoming travels. When I was doing research it was strongly encouraged to get if visiting rural areas especially rice paddy fields. Unfortunately I will be visiting rural areas and I'll also be visiting rice paddy fields on multiple occasions. The shots were SOOOOO expensive. I paid around $600 CAD (•n•)

This was SO helpful! Thank you for the helpful and thorough information especially around vaccinations/transportation how-tos

  • Very informative, easy to follow, and entertaining video! Could you please answer a few questions? Thank you.
    1) Is Vietnam a tipping culture? If so, then how much, e.g., taxi, hotel, etc,?
    2) Are there scams to watch out for?
    3) Is there bribery by airport security check personnel?

  • Wonderful and sooo helpful video. You guys rock! But watered down, flat, diluted beer because of the melted ice? Who wants to drink watery beer? Didn’t like it in the Philippines or Cambodia. Now, if only they would make their ice cubes with beer instead of water. 👍

  • Amanndeep Singh says:

That was some interesting info among hundreds of clips I watched on YouTube. You guys missed one important aspect that is paying VAT with hotel booking and getting all that back from the counters available at the airports.
Another thing is different entry and exit points.

  • Just checked this vid again… got back last month from my 11th trip to Vietnam and I'm making quick travel vids in NYC now where I live. I am so impressed with your editing and content. Very professional and at the same time with a personal feel. I did make one huge mistake on my trip in August 2019 not getting my visa in advance… I was under the impression somehow that I could get it in Vietnam this time but they wouldn't let me on the plane in Newark without it. The airline told me to call a number and I got help from a place called Go Vietnam Visa and they worked it all out all the way to someone meeting me at way late at night in the airport in Saigon to hand me the final paperwork. It cost but my flights were all cheap seats and non-refundable so it saved me a lot. Cheers !

I live in SE asia, and this one particular vlog is spot-on and the information disseminated is church…..i lived in phuket, now live in koh samui….when i live in vietnam, i want to live in an area somewhat comparable: clean white sand beaches with clear water, plenty of street vendor food, with seaview condos…..if you have any suggestions about an area like this that you know of, please let me know….Hoi An is currently #1 on my radar screen…..

  • Thank you, guys! Your videos really helped in planning and executing our trip to Vietnam this year! We highly appreciate the level of detail you cover in your videos, and we found them all very helpful! Keep up the great work, and wishing you both a wonderful 2020 in advance!

  • A woman said stalker when she was getting off the bus. She works for a man who is ? getting picked on? However he is nefarious and trying to bother my wife. He had police talk to my wife and make her upset.
