The time has come again for me to tackle another Two Door Cinema Club album on the ukulele. It was a tough choice going for either Beacon, Gameshow or their newest output False Alarm. I settled for Gameshow as that was the album that I feel like i “discovered” TDCC. By that I mean, I heard Lavender on the radio and immediately asked Siri who the fudge this was. Then proceeded me cramming all their albums into my lobes.

So although I would actually consider Tourist History my favourite Two Door Cinema Club album. If it wasn’t for Gameshow I would not have bothered to listen to any of their stuff.

You can check out my arrangement of Tourist History below ⬇️

Steps were the first band lead singer Alex Trimble saw live. He said ‘It’s an interesting one; when I was 9 or 10 I went to see Steps and when I was 11 I went to see Korn. That’s quite a big transition in a year, to go from Steps to Korn. I remember having a Steps CD in my dad’s car that I loved and he got tickets as a surprise. There was a time when I was listening to Steps, the Spice Girls and S Club 7.’
